Aw...Shucks!

Lamb over at Drop the Shoe has been so kind as to give me an award!

Photobucket

Pretty fitting for my projects of late, especially the time spent digging off the top layer of the duck run, hauling it to the garden, and then replacing it with some less fertilized soil. Muck and dirt, indeed!

The best part of this award is that you pass it on to three more bloggers. Not an easy choice, because I visit several, but the very first person who came to mind for me was Farmer J at Prairie Farmstead Ponderings. Make sure to pop over and congratulate her!

Next, for her slightly more urban angle on homesteading, Kristi at Let This Mind Be in You. She amazes me with all the things she does!

And finally, for cultivating the teeniest butternut squash in the history of plants, Leisa at I Dare You to Eat It. I don't mean this in a hateful way, but much of Leisa's self-reported 'mucking' happens in the kitchen. However, she continually comes up with amazing, healthy, simple pantry meals that make me think that she's downplaying her mad skills.

And now, y'all three get to share your award with three other bloggers!

I'd like to thank the academy, my parents and family,
-Laura at TenThingsFarm
