It's Wednesday again. What'cha Workin' On?
Weekend before last we went to the used bookstore. We took some of Little Bit's board books (which she has outgrown) an exchanged them for credit. I got a really helpful book about wire work and beading, so I've been playing with my jewelry kit this week. Here are a few things I've made:
This necklace...
..and matching earrings. (They really do match - the photos are showing the color differently.)
I made these earrings too!
I think these are my favorite - they'll go with most everything.
I like these too - that's about the only pink sort of color we redheads can wear.
It was fun to get out my stuff and play a little. I took a class a few years ago and learned how to use all sorts of things to make jewelry and work metals. I don't have torches set up at home...maybe this summer? We shall see!
We'd love to see your current projects. If you have more than one, feel free to leave multiple links. Please link directly to your project/projects, and remember that it needs to be family friendly. I can't wait to see what y'all are up to!
If you don't have a blog, or after you link, please leave a comment. Let's inspire one another to create something wonderful.
P.S. Just so I don't sound like some mean mama who sells her kid's books to get books for herself, Little Bit got books that day too - some at the library tag sale and some at the bookstore. Don't worry, she's taken care of. Have I mentioned that she's starting to read already? :)

We know little bit is taken care of, she has an excellent mama!
She is one intelligent young lady with a mommy that sets a great example.
Love the jewelry too!
This week I'm making yarn dolls.
When I saw them on another blog, I remembered them from my childhood.I am having lots of fun making them and planning for some little differences in each one
God bless,
Helen
