Remember when I posted about the All You Magazine 2009 Grocery Challenge?
I joined it!
I did it!
I'm one of the ten finalists!
I kept track of this, that and the other over here, if you're interested.
Me, I'm just tickled pink, and humbled, and nervous. I had to send all my receipts to New York City (NEW YORK CITY!!!) It was my first time ever in a FedEx...which makes me sound like a total hick, but there you go.
For the record, I've actually driven in Chicago before, and used public transportation in Honolulu. I even have a cell phone! See, I'm plenty cosmopolitan.
Did I mention that I missed the congratulations call because I was out back digging potatoes?
