Do they still make these? Does anybody know?
Welcome to my weird craving. There used to be a sucker that was green and tan, swirled together. It was caramel apple and boy oh boy, was it good! I think they were made by the Charms (Charms blow-pop) company, but I'm not positive. They were not the round ball shape like a blow pop - they were flattened out.
I was looking for them in a store today, to no avail. Then again, I probably haven't had one in ten years, so maybe they got tired of waiting for me to buy another bag of them and quit production.
Does anyone know what I'm talking about? Better yet, does anyone know where I can find them? Leave a comment and let me know! :)
Edited to add: On Valentines day I found them in Safeway! I had looked in lots of different places, even made some calls, to no avail. But now I have some - yaaaaay!

Mary
I can't remember exactly what it was, but I recently saw something at the store and shared my fond memories of said food item with my husband... and it just didn't taste as good as I remembered! :)
Sorry, Mary. Farm life isn't always pretty. If it helps, she's doing great, healing nicely.
LeahS, the very fact that you think that ten years ago was my "younger years" makes you definite best friend material! Bless you for that comment! I know what you mean, though. I had a similar experience a while back. I won't say what product, because I don't want the Moon Pie people to sue me! ;)
Scottish Witch, someone else said I might have to wait for Autumn. I'll check ToysRUs...thanks!
I'm also thinking maybe Target? Don't they do a lot of retro candies?
(Psst...fellow bloggers...if you want to get comments, ask people about candy! lol)
