This Week's Menu

Breakfasts - some will repeat
yogurt, granola and fruit
fruit and yogurt smoothies
cold cereal, fruit, milk
breakfast tacos, fresh fruit
eggs, toast, fresh fruit
pancakes, ham, fresh fruit, milk

Lunches
leftovers from suppers when available
baked potato and salad
cheese, fruit and crackers
PBJ on wheat bread, carrots & celery, apples

Suppers, in no particular order
ham & bean soup w/vegetables, skillet corn bread, fresh apples
burritos supreme, salad w/chipotle ranch dressing, oranges
sliced smoked turkey, green beans, roasted potatoes and onions, waldorf salad
saimin (Asian noodle soup with meat and vegetables), oranges
homemade pizza (school project for daughter), carrots and celery w/ranch dip, apples
shoyu turkey, rice, kimchee, bean sprout salad, cucumbers with furikake, fruit salad
pigs in blankets, slaw, tater tots, peach cobbler

Grocery List:   won bok cabbage for kimchee, fresh bean sprouts, and probably, at some point, a gallon of milk.  Anything else I pick up will be freebies, loss leaders, and well priced produce for the following week.
