Meal Plan for Jan 27- Feb 2

Breakfasts:
(some will repeat)
cereal, milk, fresh fruit
fruit smoothie, muffin
eggs/omelettes, toast, fruit
yogurt, granola, frozen fruit

Lunches:
(some will repeat)
leftovers from supper when available
bean and cheese burritos, salad, fresh fruit
ants on a log (celery w/peanut butter & raisins), yogurt
big salad with cheese, fruit and nuts

Snacks:
popcorn and apples
pretzels and peanut butter, carrots
crackers and cream cheese spread, fresh fruit
green smoothie

Suppers:
ham & cheese spiral loaf, green salad, fresh fruit
petite sirloins, baked potatoes, glazed carrots
spaghetti w/meat sauce, sweet corn, pears
fried chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, corn bread
spam, eggs, rice, fruit salad...this may end up being a fritatta and fruit salad
nachos, fresh fruit
smoked turkey southwestern soup, corn bread, homemade chocolate pudding

Grocery List:  I'll have to pick up some milk, possibly some carrots, since we have nearly finished the ones we grew in our garden this year.  Everything else is already on-hand, so yippee!  I will definitely be looking for some good prices on fresh produce for the following week, as we are beginning to run low on a couple of things. :)
