This Week's Menu

My goal for this menu is to utilize as many things as I can from the Bountiful Baskets produce that I got on Saturday and to also use food we have on hand - be it home grown and put up from our garden or purchased on sale. Happily, I have zero grocery list to make these meals.

Breakfasts (some will repeat)
pumpkin muffins and blackberries
ham and vegetable omelets, toast and tangelos
cereal with fruit and milk
peanut butter toast and tangelos
oatmeal with cinnamon and applesauce

Lunches
leftovers from suppers if available
big salads with crackers or toasted bread
PBJ, sliced cucumbers, carrot sticks and fresh fruit
cheese and crackers, fresh vegetables with dip

Suppers
ham fried rice w/vegetables, cucumber slices, sesame spinach, pumpkin muffins, grapes
homemade pizza, garden salad, orange wedges
baked herb chicken, roasted potatoes/onions, marinated cucumbers, pumpkin custard
burritos with meat, rice, beans, lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc., chips and salsa, pumpkin custard
beef broccoli, crisped noodles, peach cobbler
batter fried or broiled fish, tartar sauce, rice, carrot raisin salad, kimchee, fruit salad

Snacks
peanut butter crackers
popcorn
fresh fruit
fresh vegetables

What's on the menu at your house?
