This is what a Growth Spurt sounds like.

7:30am "Can I have a peanut butter and jelly sandwich? With milk to drink?"

7:35am "That looks yummy - will you share your toast with me?"

9:48am "Can I have a piece of pizza?"

11:18am "Are there any dried peaches, mama?"

12:47pm "Some lemonade would be good."

2:04pm "I want golfish crackers for my soup! I like the carrots and celery. Yummy broccoli!"

2:15pm "Prunes are sweet and tasty."

2:55pm "I want some yogurt with granola, please."

(passed out on the floor - she only naps when she's growing!)

5:20pm "Can I have some oatmeal?"

5:30pm "Can I have some more oatmeal?"

6:02pm "Is there any pizza left to eat?"

6:09pm "Can I have some more pizza?"

6:15pm "I would like a salad. With vinaigrette!"

6:30pm "For dessert, a pickle would be good. A WHOLE pickle."

6:45pm "Yummy! I like the sherbet!"

7:30pm "What is for supper?" (oh. my. goodness.)

7:32pm "Can I have some more oatmeal?"

7:55pm "What are my choices for a bedtime snack?"

This is so darn cute. I love the photo and the dialogue is unreal! I hope she doesn't wake up at 2:00 a.m. and want more food.

I found you from your comment on "I dare you to eat it." I love it that you are so into storage, gardening and even dandelion smoothies.

I was just thinking a couple days ago that with more than one little one, I'd never get to leave the kitchen and the lid would never get back on the peanut butter! Thank goodness for filling foods like oatmeal and whole wheat bread!
