Oh yeah - Butter!

I did not work hard in March. Well, I did work hard, but I didn't work hard at eating better and exercising regularly. The result? I lost a pound. Four sticks of butter. All month.

Hey, it's better than gaining it, right?

I'm down 16 pounds since January 1, so not too shabby. That's 64 sticks of butter, y'all! But...I really need, and actually want, to get in gear and make more progress. I'll let you know about April in about 4 weeks!
