Signs of Spring!

Our crocus are popping through and starting to bloom! They are so pretty!

Amid the many weed sprouts in the hot bed, we found some little baby lettuces!

The robins are back, along with several other bird species!

I just killed the BIGGEST yellowjacket queen in my living room! (eeep!)

Boo on yellowjackets INDEED! They crawl into the woodpile and hibernate. Then when we bring in the wood they warm up and start flying around, trying to nest in my hair or something. I am completely terrified of them. Just thinking about them makes me squidgy.
