February Butter

January was a rock star month for me weight-loss wise. February, not so much. I did, however, lose 12 more sticks of butter. That's much better than gaining them!

So far in 2009, I've lost 60 sticks of butter...15 pounds!

Cat, Aren't you exercising a lot? Don't worry about the scale and actual poundage. Muscle weighs more than fat and with the exercise you are most likely increasing your muscle mass while losing the "butter". Probably you are firming/toning and losing inches and sizes. Yeah for smaller clothes and more energy. Congratulations on a great February!
